Power-ups

01

Color Matching

The core mechanic: groups of 2 or more same-colored blocks that are connected horizontally or vertically get highlighted and then pop with a satisfying particle burst.

02

Gravity & Bounce

After blocks pop, remaining blocks fall down with smooth gravity animation. When they land, a satisfying squash-and-stretch bounce plays. New blocks spawn from the top to fill empty spaces.

03

Rocket

Match 5+ blocks to create a Rocket. When activated, it clears an entire row or column with a blazing trail, sparks, and screen shake. Horizontal rockets clear rows, vertical rockets clear columns.

04

Bomb

Match 6+ blocks to create a Bomb. Detonation clears a diamond-shaped 3x3 area with an explosive blast ring, screen flash, and heavy shake. Much more destructive than a single rocket.

05

Disco Ball

The rarest power-up, requiring 8+ blocks. The Disco Ball shoots colorful beams to every block of the most common color on the board, clearing them all at once. A board-wide spectacle.

Combos

When two power-ups are adjacent and one activates, they combine for an even more powerful effect. 3 power-ups × 3 power-ups = 6 unique combo types, each with its own spectacular animation.

Two rockets combine to clear both a full row AND a full column simultaneously, creating a cross-shaped blast pattern.

07

Chain Reactions

The magic happens when gravity creates new matching groups after a pop. Each chain step increases the combo counter, shown as a flashy badge. Chains can cascade multiple times, creating satisfying multi-step sequences.
